
Smoked Whole Turkey
Your holiday centerpiece never looked so good!
At 12-14 pounds (precooked), we flavor our all natural turkey with 100% pure maple syrup and then smoke our bird with dried cranberries, fresh apples, and oranges. After smoking, we dust the turkey with Thumbs Up Special Seasoning because every holiday deserves a little something special!
REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR WHOLE SMOKED TURKEY:

LEAVE YOUR TURKEY WRAPPED IN FOIL PACKAGING.

PLACE TURKEY IN A PREHEATED 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 – 2.5 HOURS, OR UNTIL A MEAT THERMOMETER READS 146-160 DEGREES WHEN INSERTED INTO THE THICKEST PART OF THE BREAST.

TAKE THE TURKEY OUT OF THE FOIL AND LET STAND FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN SLICE.

SAVE THE JUICES THAT THE TURKEY RELEASES DURING REHEATING AND POUR OVER YOUR SLICED TURKEY.
To maintain maximum moistness and flavor, turkey must be reheated.
